Road Trip is our darkest roasted coffee. We carry it carefully to the edge of second crack- a point in roasting where embedded CO2 explodes out of the coffee with a "crack" sound. This unlocks various flavor compounds unique to darkly roasted coffees.
This coffee was developed initially to be a brewed coffee offering for restaurants and cafes. It's developed further into being a standalone espresso offering for many people as well. It's a comforting cup.
