Lazarus Knudson

 

 

Cali born and Oregon raised bringing the best of the west!! A homebody with an itch for the wild and adventurous. 

Laz has been in the food service industry for the last decade, serving the beautiful and generous people of Yamhill County. This is his third round at Flag & Wire, having been both barista and roaster over the years. 

When not barista-ing he is more than likely playing with his dog Mune, hiking, camping, shreddin’ some powder or Netflix and chilling.

Laz loves jumping out of perfectly good airplanes (like, REALLY loves it). In fact, he is a licensed skydiver and currently pursuing additional ratings on the way to becoming a coach and instructor under the United States Parachute Association.
