Kim was born and raised in Canada- she’s half Manitoban and half British Columbian! As much as she dearly misses the Northern BC winters, she’s also greatly relieved to live in a place where you don’t need to plug in your car every night in the winter season.
She and Nick have 3 awesome kids, one boxer, and all of them just adore camping and hiking together. She says her passion for the coffee industry was a process- she started by doing administrative work on the side while being a stay-at-home mom and raising 3 babes, and slowly coffee weaseled its way into her heart to where she still does a lot of administrative work, but also holds a Q-grader certification.
When she was 14, she was awarded 1st place for cross stitching at an international high school competition.
